A seven year old girl child was sexually abused in shalimar Garden area of Sahibabad under Sahibabad Police Station. The accused stays on the same building on the upper floor where the victim lives.
According to Shlok Kumar, SP City Ghaziabad, ” the accused lives on the upper floor of the victim house in the same building. Almost one month back the accused had taken away to the victim on his car for a drive. On the day of incident, he abused the girl physically but not genital intercourse. The accused is fifty years old Yadav by name. When the girl was not in her normal condition and was behaving abnormally then her mother tried to know the reason. N which the victims interpretated the entire fact of her abuse. Further the mother of the victim asked why you not reported the matter to her about uncle’s abuse. The victim told her mother, the uncle had instructed her not to speak any thing otherwise police will arrest her and uncle will also not talk with her, in future.”
