Moradabad: PS civil Lines arrested a person who threatened his girl friend for acid attack and the girl was in fear who in turn informed the police about alleged acid attack on her.
The police immediately stern into action on the complaint of the girl, arrested the boy and recovered one litre acid kept in a bottle from his possession.
According to SP City, Moradabad; Amit Kumar Anand, ” police received a complaint from a women who had informed the police about alleged plan of his boy friend about his proposed acid attack on the girl. In her complain the girl had informed the police that a person is following her and he has threatened her of acid attack and has kept acid in a bottle. Just after rceiving complaint PS Civil Lines took immediate action on the complained and reached the spot and arrested the suspect and also recovered a bottle filled with acid. During investigation police came to know that accused was having relationship with the girl; complainant and
both of them got into a dispute over something and the young man tried to intimidate the girl” said SP City.
