New Delhi: The republic of Peru celebrated its 203rd Independence Day at the ITC Maurya in the capital city on Wednesday. This well attended reception hosted by the Peruvian Ambassador H.E. Javier Paulinich saw top diplomats, bureaucrats, media professionals & corporate honchos in attendance. Well-known filmmaker-actor & branding specialist Rahul Mittra, Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita & ambassadors of many countries were prominent amongst those who were invited on this special occasion. The special invitees were treated to Peruvian cuisine and a special folk dance performance by Peruvian artists.
