Special Anti-Drug Campaign Marathon for the Youth of Narela (I Ran for the Nation)

Delhi : A special marathon was organized in Shahpur Garhi village, Narela Assembly, to inspire youth to stay away from drugs. This grand event, organized by Narela social worker Saurabh Khatri under the banner “I Run for the Nation Marathon,” witnessed the special presence of Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, newly elected MP Yogendra Chandolia, and renowned Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal, among other dignitaries.
Saurabh Khatri, the organizer and social worker, expressed his gratitude to all the residents and shared that “In the two-phase marathon, Anshul Khatri emerged as the winner of the 7-kilometer race and was awarded a cash prize of ₹11,000. The participants who secured second and third places received ₹7,000 and ₹5,000, respectively. Consolation prizes were also given to participants of the 3-kilometer race. All the guests present at the event encouraged the participants.”
This marathon, held as part of an anti-drug campaign, is a commendable initiative by Saurabh Khatri of Narela, aligning with Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Khelo India’ and ‘Fit India’ campaigns. Through this event, the youth of Narela were encouraged to stay healthy and fit, promoting a positive message within the community. This event is set to inspire not only the youth of Narela but also those across Delhi.
