New Delhi, August 24 – The Press Club of India was abuzz with literary fervor as Vikkas Arun Pareek, author of the critically acclaimed epistolary novel Letters to My Mother, celebrated its first anniversary. Published by Vishwakarma and represented by The Book
Bakers, the novel has garnered widespread appreciation, selling over 5,000 copies in its first year. The event also marked the relaunch of Pareek’s earlier work, Voices of the Silent Creek, a powerful narrative addressing significant social issues, published by Kitablovers.
The event was graced by the presence of the distinguished Chief Guest, Sandeep Marwah, who shared his rich experience in literature and extended his best wishes to Pareek for continued success. Marwah’s address set a thoughtful tone for the day, emphasizing the importance of storytelling in reflecting and shaping society.


A highlight of the celebration was the panel discussion featuring key figures in the publishing industry. Suhail Mathur, CEO of The Book Bakers, Vishal Soni, CEO of Vishwakarma, and R.K.Shankar, Partner and Co-Founder of Kitablovers, shared their insights on the evolving
landscape of publishing. Their invaluable advice provided a roadmap for aspiring authors looking to navigate the complexities of the literary world.
The audience was then treated to an engaging interview with Vikkas Arun Pareek, moderated by Rrashima Swaarup Verma. Pareek reflected on his year-long journey with Letters to My Mother, sharing personal anecdotes and strategies that contributed to the book’s success.
