Gautam Buddha Nagar: Big actions on motorists who violates traffic rules was seen on Noida roads where large number of auto vehicles were also seized and challaned by Noida police.
This movement was carried out on the direction of Vaibhav Krishan, the Senior Suprintendent of Police Gautam Buddha Nagar. The operation was named as “Operation Clean 3” which was being carried out by GB Nagar police covering entire Noida where police started checking vehicles on the roads of Noida chauraha specially for irregular Auto-Tempos.
In this checking, large numbers of police personnel were deployed on Noida roads and a total numbers of 1174 Auto were seized under Motor Vehicle Act and a number of 475 Autos were also challaned.
The biggest cause of traffic jams on the roads of Delhi-NCR and the reason haphazard driving, parking stoppage etc by these Auto drivers. Due to this the passers-by and the people living here face a lot of trouble during movement on the roads.
Regarding this operation, today Noida police conducted a major operation and seized the auto in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Noida SSP Vaibhav Krishna has directed to seize 1174 Auto seizures in the district, whereas 475 auto have been challaned FIR various violation under MV Act.
In most of the places in the city of Noida, there are illegal parkings, shops are running, footpaths have been encroached which also very important reason of traffic jams on the roads. Even at main intersections, the drivers arrange themselves horizontally or vertically without waiting for their turn, where traffic police are not deployed and this is also one of the main cause of traffic jams in NCR areas.
