Ghaziabad: Dr. Ajay Shankar Pandey takes charges as District Magistrate of Ghaziabad on Monday here. He was transferred here on the same post from Muzzafarnagar. He is the IAS officer of 2005.
Addressing to media persons after taking charges, the DM Ajay Shankar Pandey said that his preference would be zero tolerance on corruption. All the departments officials must work with fully sincerity, punctuality and responsibility. Public interest and government preference projects and planning must be completely within time.
“I am not new for Ghaziabad as I have posted here as Chief Development Officer and City Commissioner earlier. I am familiar to problems of Ghaziabad and I will do my best efforts to fulfill public expectations. I am always thankful to media that awares the public and introduces administration and government activities doing in public interest.” said Dr. Pandey, the newly posted DM of Ghaziabad.
