Noida: District Magistrate Warns As Well Appeals Citizens Not to Burn Crackers As of SC Judgement

Noida : The GB Nagar administration took action against 47 persons violating and floating Supreme Court direction using fire crackers between 8 pm to 10 pm and booked them under section 188 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The City magistrate G B Nagar Shailendra Mishra informed to A News Of India,  ” There are 47 persons found violating Supreme Court Judgement and used fire crackers beyond the time schedule determined by the court on the eve of Dipawali. As these people found to be floated Supreme Court Judgement hence we took action against all such violators. In Noida action were taken against 19 persons in Noida Sector 20 who violated court order. On the other hand 11 persons under  PS 24, 6 persons under PS Expressway, 7 persons in PS Phase 2 were recommended to take legal action under section 188.”
Further district administration has asked to the citizens not to violate Supreme Court order.
