Moradabad :False fury caused by the fierce fire that took place in the C L Gupta Exports Company here in Moradabad today and caused an estimated loss of millions of rupees due to fire occured. The fierce fire caught in the company’s beer house. Even after four fire tenders of fire department were deployed to control fire but could not control within time resulting loss of property in crore. Thankfully, no casualties were reported. Fire engines of nearest fire stations were also called to control the fire. Some other fire tenders were also deployed from other districts.
Moradabad’s famous C L Gupta Company’s fire was an outcome of a short circuit in the beer house, which caught fire and spread in minutes in nearby places of the company.
Diddhali police station in-charge D K Sharma said that the fire in the export company was so fierce that the flames went upstairs to the Sky. About five thousand employees works in the company. At the time the fire broke out, Labourers were working in the beer house, but there was no loss of life of any kind due to alertness of the fire staff and the factory staff. Estimated loss of prooerty is in crores. Four vehicles of fire brigade arrived to extinguish the fire. The fire engines were being floated to dodge the fire. C L Gupta Exports Company is the largest brass company in the district of Moradabaf. The company owner was also present in the company, at the time of fire broken out.
