New Delhi: Inspired by Honorable Prime Minister’s initiative #SheInspiresUs and as a tribute to its women employees of the organization, GAIL (India) Ltd. celebrated Women’s Day with its “What’s Your Avatar” initiative within the organization.
Under this initiative, GAIL employees had an option to choose specially designed “Avatars” physically as well as on a digital platform from six different categories namely “Passionate”, “Team Player”, “Risk Taker”, “Empathetic”, “Intellectual” and “Multitasker”, and gift it to their women colleagues, as a token of appreciation for their skills, efforts and qualities.
The event saw a high turnout & digital engagement, where GAIL employees enthusiastically participated to gift “Avatar” badges to their colleagues and write their names on the billboard besides their corresponding qualities.
GAIL aims at treasuring its employees as its best resources and believes in building a diversified workforce.
