Nainital: The Nainital High Court, while giving a big verdict, acquitted Uttar Pradesh’s Bahubali leader DP Yadav in the MLA Mahendra Bhati murder case. The High Court has acquitted Yadav, reversing the 2015 decision of the CBI Court. Six years ago, a CBI court had convicted Yadav and sentenced him to life imprisonment in the murder of Dadri MLA Mahendra Bhati.
The hearing in this matter was going on continuously in the High Court located in Nainital. Yadav has got a big relief from the High Court’s decision. On 13 September 1992, MLA Mahendra Bhati was murdered in Dadri. In which four people including former MP DP Yadav were made accused. The hearing in this case was going on in the High Court and this year DP Yadav had also got bail from the court several times.
