Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad, accredited by NBA and AIU, proudly celebrated its annual Convocation Ceremony for its 2021-23 & 2022-24 PGDM Batches on May 18, 2024.
138 students from the 2022–24 batch and 90 students from the 2021–23 batch who finished their studies successfully were qualified for the full-time Post Graduate Diploma on this auspicious occasion. The Best Girl Student Award was a testament to the B-school’s commitment to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
This auspicious occasion was graced by the glorious presence of Mr. Alok B. Shriram as the Chief Guest. Shri Alok B. Shriram is Sr. Managing Director & CEO, DCM Shriram Industries Ltd. He is also the Chairman & MD of DCM Hyundai Limited. In his insightful address, he inspired the students to carry forward their learnings from the institute. He said students are equipped with skills, knowledge and experience that will guide them on the path of dynamic leadership. He shared ten important insights with the students. These included developing tangential thinking, nurturing ethics and principles, upskilling and reskilling, and creating relationships.
Mr. Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions, felicitated the batch of 2021-23 and 2022-24 on successful completion of the PGDM program. In his special address, he said, “The convocation is the start of students’ journey into the vast world of industry, where countless opportunities and challenges await. The youth must equip themselves with skills and competences and harness the potential of AI to be future ready. They must focus on lifelong learning and be committed to sustainability.”
Mr. Vinod Malhotra, Member BoG of Jaipuria School of Business, gave the message to passing out batch on navigating their journey through “Gyan” & “Vigyan”. Dr. Rajiv R.Thakur, Director General of Jaipuria School of Business, shared the annual report which was culmination of its stellar progress since the establishment year. He proudly shared his thoughts on crossing several milestones and receiving accreditation by NBA and MBA equivalence by AIU. He commended the philosophy of Late Dr. Rajaram Jaipuria and wisdom of Mr. Shishir Jaipuria to be driven by value-based education and a futuristic orientation.
Furthermore, the institute also initiated the Dr. Rajaram Jaipuria Achiever Award in honor of its most valued ambassadors, the Alumni. The award was given to Anemish Gupta (Batch 2014-16) at this convocation.
