Big news has come from the country’s capital Delhi. In the 2020 Northeast Delhi riots case, Cabinet Minister Kapil Mishra’s troubles are going to increase in the coming days. The trial court has refused to give relief to senior Delhi cabinet minister Rekha Gupta. The lower court has ordered an FIR to be registered against Kapil Mishra in the Delhi riots case. The court has given this order rejecting the arguments of Delhi Police. Serious allegations have been made against Kapil Mishra in the petition filed in the trial court.
The court said – According to the evidence provided by the Delhi Police, Kapil Mishra was present in the Kardampuri area.
53 people were killed in the riots in North East Delhi on 24 February 2020.
