Meditation is Essential for Lasting Happiness, Peace and Contentment: B.K. Asha
Ghaziabad : December 21 On the occasion of the Second World Meditation Day–2025, a grand program titled “Celebrity Togetherness” was organized on Sunday at Silver Spoon Hotel, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. A large number of participants attended the event and experienced the practice of Rajyoga Meditation.
Addressing the gathering, Rajyogini Brahma Kumari Asha (B.K. She expressed concern over the rising tendency of suicides and the increasing number of divorces affecting family and marital life. She emphasized that regular practice of Rajyoga Meditation strengthens the mind, elevates the intellect and transforms sanskars, thereby contributing to the creation of a better and more harmonious world.
Referring to the teachings of the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, B.K. Asha stated that the words “Manmanabhav” and “Mamekam” aptly define the essence of Rajyoga. On this occasion, Rajyogini Sapna Didi guided the participants through a deep experience of Rajyoga Meditation.
The program was attended by several distinguished guests along with Brahma Kumaris Rajesh Didi, Sunita, Vidya, Ranjana, Nisha, Lovely, Rashmi, Eshu, Gunjan and B.K. Devina. A large gathering of people benefited from and experienced the peace and positivity of Rajyoga Meditation.
