FIR registered against “No Rules Cafe” for Organizing New Year Party without Permission

Ghaziabad : The Ghaziabad Police has registered an FIR against two people, including the manager of “No Rules Cafe”, for organizing a party on the new year without permission. Police have recovered three hookahs and 100 grams of flavored tobacco from the cafe during the raid.

Senior Superintendent of Police Kalanithi Naithani told, police raided in “No Rules Cafe” located in Kaushambi area under the police station under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Police Sarvan T following the security, law and order and covid-19 guidelines on New Year’s Eve. During raiding there was going on a New Year party inside the Cafe, but no permission was taken by concern authority for organizing new year party.

The police registered named FIR against Amit Tyagi, owner of No Rules Cafe and others under the Pandemic Act, 188/269 IPC, Cigarettes and Tobacco Products Act at Police Station Kaushambi for organizing party without permission and serving hookah with flavored tobacco and violating covid-19 guidelines.

In the raid, police also recovered 3 grams of hookah pipe and 100 grams of flavored tobacco. The SSP Naithani says the investigation of the case is underway by the police.
