Supreme Court refuses to hear Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee’s petition against repeated parole and furlough granted to Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh
The court said that we cannot hear this matter through a PIL. If any rule has been violated then the petitioner can go to the High Court. The High Court has already rejected the SGPC’s petition saying that the Haryana government can take a decision regarding Ram Rahim’s release as per the rules.
