Mangal Industries Limited bags the Prestigious 10th CII National HR Excellence Award, 2019-20

Mumbai: Mangal industries Limited, (A Group Company of Amara Raja), with deep domain expertise in Auto components, Metal Fabrication, Battery Components, Tool works, Storage Solutions and Custom Fabrication with diverse range of products, received “The Prize” at the most coveted and prestigious 10th National HR Excellence Award 2019-20 – the highest levels identified in the award process.

The award was presented by Mr. Sanjay Behl, Chairman, CII National Committee on Leadership & HR and Chief Executive Officer – Lifestyle Business, Raymond Limited and Ms. Indrani Kar – Head CII- Suresh Neotia Centre of Excellent for Leadership. The “Prize for Leadership in HR Excellence” award signifies demonstration of Excellence in development and management of Human Resources through continuous process improvements.  Recognizing its best practices, Mangal Industries was bestowed with this prestigious award for adopting and institutionalizing a superlative HR Model that is scalable, assessable and accurate.

Receiving the award along with team Mangal Industries Ltd, Mr. Jaikrishna B, President – Group HR and New Business Development, Amara Raja, said that “We are receiving the Prize for another company in the Group today.  Last year, we won the Award for Amara Raja Batteries Limited, during the 9th CII HR Excellence awards.  It is a great honour to accept the award on behalf of everyone in Amara Raja Family.  This award stands as a testimony to our commitment to ‘The Amara Raja WayTM’, the values and the tall standards that we stand for. The CII-HR Excellence Model is based on the CII-Exim Bank Excellence Award, encompassing all important aspects of human resource management. The model can be effectively used as a framework to position HR initiatives, measure current status, and identify gaps to provide solutions. Through this model, CII aims to help improve HR performance practices and capabilities by providing objective feedback for improvement while also facilitating communication and sharing of best practices and information within and among organizations.
