Yati Narsinghanand released from Dehradun jail,

-Jitendra Narayan Tyagi (former Waseem Rizvi) could not get bail

Ghaziabad/Dehradun:The former chief mahant of Dasna Devi Mandir (Ghaziabad) and presently Mahamandleshwar Narsinghanand Giri Ji Maharaj has been released from Dehradun jail on Thursday. He was allegedly so-called hate speech and was arresested on 17 January from Haridwar with his closed follower Jitendra Narayan Tyagi, who was known former as Waseem Rizvi. Yati Narayan has been granted his bail by court on 15 February, but due to perform some technical and illegal formality, he is released after two days.

Mahamanleshwar Yati Narsinghanand said, “I have been released from jail, however I will not consider myself as released from jail till my colleague Jitendra Narayan Tyagi is not released. Yati claimed, he will sit on ‘Ansan’ at Sarvanand Ghat, Haridwar, the place from where both of them were arrested by Haridwar Police. The ‘Ansan’ will be continued by the time Jitendra Narayan Tyagi is not released from jail on bail.

It is remarkable that Yati Narsinghanand and Jitendra Narayan Tyagi were booked for hate speech in Dharm Sansad, that was organized in Haridwar some months ago. There was created controversy by many anti Hindu religion gurus and with the results there were registered two FIRs against organizers, dharm gurus and speakers, Narsinghanand Giri and Jitendra Narayan Tyagi were main accused among named accused.
