Ghaziabad: ABES Engineering College organised a two days International Model United Nations Student Conference Program in its campus.
The event was organised as per the guidelines of United Nations’ Academic Regulations. The student representatives played the roles of diplomats of various countries. They were allocated with different countries and agendas. Students did extensive research on the given agendas with respect to the assigned countries. Detailed discussions on these topics were undertaken by the students. Amongst the various educational institutes in Uttar Pradesh, ABES Engineering College commenced this event first time. More than 100 students participated in this youth convention from different schools and colleges across the nation.
An appointed jury panel declared the winners of this event. Winners were awarded with cash prizes and certificates worth upto 30K.
