Ghaziabad: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, successfully hosted the 9th Corporate Summit on “India Vision 2047: Navigating Corporate Excellence and Sustainable Growth” at Hotel Radisson Blu, Ghaziabad on Saturday 24th February, 2024. This prestigious event brought together leaders from the BFSI, IT & ITES, and FMCG sectors to deliberate on the roadmap for India’s Vision 2047.
The summit commenced with an inaugural address by Mr. Shishir Jaipuria, Chairman of Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions. Addressing the gathering of industry leaders, Mr. Jaipuria said, “Today’s summit serves as a platform for dialogue, exchange of ideas, and forging partnerships that will drive India towards its envisioned future. Together, let us harness our ingenuity, resilience, and determination to propel India towards a future that is prosperous, equitable, and harmonious.”
The session further witnessed insightful addresses by the Guests of Honour, Mr. Sunil Goyal, CEO of Sopra Steria India, and Mr. Suresh Khadakbhavi, CEO of Digi Yatra Foundation. The session concluded with a vote of thanks from Prof. (Dr.) Daviender Narang, Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad. The summit featured three panel discussions, namely Talent Empowerment and Skill Development in BFSI for India Vision 2047; Fostering Collaborative Ecosystems for Sustainable Excellence in the IT/ITES Industry; and Transforming Sustainable FMCG Growth for Competitive Excellence.
These discussions offered a platform for thought leaders and industry experts to share their visions and strategies for empowering talent, fostering collaboration, and ensuring sustainable growth across key sectors critical to India’s future.
Participation was robust, with 400 attendees representing premier organizations such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Ernst & Young Associates LLP, AU Bank, Home First Finance, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, Union Bank Of Switzerland, SAP India, Cognizant, Posterity Consulting, EbixCash Ltd, Birlasoft, TCS, Hitachi India, Varun Beverages, Zydus Wellness, Dabur India, Havells India Ltd., and Yugma, among others.
A highlight of the summit was the inaugural Jaipuria Alumni Achiever’s Award 2024, presented to 13 distinguished alumni who have made significant contributions in their respective fields. This award ceremony highlighted the institute’s commitment to recognizing and celebrating the achievements of its alumni, further fostering a sense of community and inspiration among current and future students.
The 9th Corporate Summit concluded on a note of optimism and commitment towards building a sustainable and prosperous future for India.
