UP: STF Nabbed Gang Of Question Paper Solver

Agra : Field Unit of UP STF Agra police, arrested 6 persons allegedly involved in using and promoting illegal means during offline written examination for selecting police constable in Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) and Civil Police against money. The arrested accused were found affecting the result and recruitment process of police appointments through illegal means against demanding and taking hefty money.
All the arrested accused were question paper solvers and were arrested from the areas of police station Chandauli under Agra district. Police also recovered cash of Rs. 2,.46 lac, 2 cars: one white coloured Maruti Swift car having regd no UP 80 CL 1030 and another; White coloured Maruti Wagon R car having no. UP 80 CA 8674, 6 numbers of mobile phones,2 certificates, 4 Xerox copies of Identity Card admit card with photo.
The STF field unit Agra has filed a case in the Chandauli police station vide case No. 678/2018 under sections 420, IPC, 66, 66A under IT Act, and 3/9 UP Public Examination Illegal Means Protection Act 1998. Further action is anticipated by local police. The accused who have been arrested are Arun S/O Girraj Kishor Saraswat R/O Khandauli, Manager, BL Education Institute, Monu S/O Kishan Singh R/O Kursanda, Hathras, Chandravir Singh S/O Rajendra Singh R/O Padta, Iglas, Aligarh, Raju S/O Ranvir Singh R/O Nangla Hansi, Tundla, Firozabad, Ajeet S/ O Gurbachan Singh R/O Dayal Saran, Sadabad, Hathras & Kuldeep S/O Sudhir R/O Chandra Nangla, Gailana Road, Agra.
