Ghaziabad: The Sahibabad Police has arrested Khushi Mohammad, native resident of Badaun district, for making fake Indian Currency Notes. The police have recovered 94 thousand rupees fake notes of 100, 200 and 500 notes.
The police have claimed that he had learnt the method of making fake notes seeing YouTube for 20 days. And then he started printing fake Indian currency notes using the same knowledge. He used to think that with fake currency, he would get rich in a short time, but he reached behind the bars of the jail. Sahibabad police have recovered fake Indian currency notes of Rs 94 thousand from his possession. He used to give fake notes of one lakh rupees in the lieu of the original 35 thousand rupees.
SP City II Gyanendra Singh told that t Sahibabad SHO Pradeep Kumar Tripathi and SI Vipin Kumar has arrested Khushi Mohammad don of Neksu near closed petrol pump, Athala Peer.
The accused had come here from Girdharpur to give fake currency. 348 notes of Rs 500, 200 and Rs 100 were recovered from him.
He was living as tenant in Printers, green tapes, cutters, etc., used for scanning and printing notes have been recovered at the instance of the accused.
Accused Khushi Mohammad is only Girdharpur village under police station of Badalpur Noida district. . He is originally from Badaun. The accused had come here from Girdharpur to give fake currency. 348 notes of Rs 500, 200 and Rs 100 were recovered from his possession. Printers, green tapes, cutters, etc., used for scanning and printing notes have also been recovered.
The SP Second Gyendra Singh said, accused Khushi Mohammad is only 8th pass. He had learned to print fake notes on YouTube within 20 days. After this, after printing fake notes from the printer, he used to run them in the market.
He also used to sell fake notes to people. He used to give fake notes of one lakh rupees by taking the original notes of 35 thousand rupees. Police is tracing the people associated with him, added SP City Second.
