Ghaziabad: Taking action against illegal encroachment, the bulldozer of the Municipal Corporation vacated the land costing Rs 15 crore on Tuesday.
According to the instructions of Municipal Commissioner Mahendra Singh Tanwar, the property department team vacated 3500 square meters of government land in the Vasundhara zone of the Municipal Corporation. Illegal encroachment was also removed from ward number 25 under Vijay Nagar zone.

Additional Municipal Commissioner property in-charge Arun Kumar Yadav said that in ward number 40 of Vasundhara zone, a two-storeyed illegal house was demolished from 3500 square meters of land, Khasra number 164/2, in Jhandapur village. Along with this, 8 illegally running dairies were also removed.

The land costing Rs 15 crore was freed from possession of unauthorized persons by the team of property superintendent of Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation Bholanath with the help of enforcement team.

Illegally built wall was demolished in ward number 25 of Vijay Nagar zone. It was built on road land.
The bulldozer of Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation is going on continuously to demolish illegal encroachments. During the action taken today, along with the enforcement team, Colonel Deepak Sharan, zonal in-charge were also present on the spot.
