Ghaziabad: Two days ago, a case of gang-rape with a woman was found to be fake under the police station Nandgram area. The woman and her other three accomplices had hatched a conspiracy to grab the property. It was written Three people have been arrested in this case. IG Meerut Range Praveen Kumar made this disclosure in a press conference on Thursday.
IG Meerut Praveen Kumar told in the press conference that two days ago a woman resident of Nandnagri, Delhi in police station Nandgram area had kidnapped and accused 5 people of gang-rape. The alleged victim was first sent to the district MMG hospital. But the woman refused to undergo her treatment and medical examination. After that the doctors referred him to Meerut Medical College / Higher Center. But the woman expressed her desire to get her treatment done at Delhi’s ZTB Hospital. So the woman was admitted to GTB Hospital.
IG Praveen Kumar said that the woman’s brother lodged a complaint against 5 people in the police station Nandgram. After which four people were taken into custody and intensively interrogated, many such facts came to light. In which the police got suspicious in this whole episode.
He said that Ghaziabad Superintendent of Police Crime Doctor Diksha Sharma herself has studied MBBS. Only after that she got selected IPS. He and Circle Officer II Alok Dubey reached GTB Hospital and got complete information from the public from the medical team treating the woman.
When the police investigated the matter thoroughly, it was found that the friend of the alleged victim is Azad Putra Tehsil resident Kabir Nagar, Thana Welcome Delhi. He is in criminal activities. He had switched off the woman’s mobile. Where the woman was found, he kept roaming nearby at the time of meeting on the same road. When the police searched Azad’s mobile, it came to know that the fake news of Azad’s gang-rape was exaggerated and circulated in the media. For this, he also paid a particular person through Paytm.
Aadhar cards were also generated in a coded manner in Azad’s phone. Evidence has also been received to register a separate case in this case. When he could not get success even after registering the case, Azad asked his friend Gaurav son Ganga Sharan, resident Nirmala Ashram, Shivam Garden Achha, Thana Badalpur (Gautam Budh Nagar) and Afzal’s son Iqbal, resident of Islamnagar Kaila Bhatta, Thana-Kotwali. Conspired together with District Ghaziabad. In this conspiracy there was a plan to take possession of the property by alleging rape.
IG Praveen Kumar says that solid evidence has been found against the three accused in this entire case. At present, all three have been arrested. On the other hand, by registering a case against the woman, legal action has been started in this entire matter
