Nitin Gupta has joined Chaupal, the world’s first multiregional over-the-top (OTT) platform launched globally, as the Chief Content Officer. He was the national strategy head in Radio Mirchi.
Over a decade that he has spent in Radio Mirchi, Nitin has been responsible for leading the programming department at Mirchi’s Jalandhar officer in 2011, introducing Mirchi Music Awards Punjabi in 2014, launching new markets in northern cities like Amritsar, Patiala, Shimla, Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir for Mirchi, leading Mirchi’s entire north-Indian belt from Delhi headquarters and heading national strategy department in the company.
With his new appointment as the Chief Content Offer at Chaupal OTT platform, Nitin will put his leadership experience of around 11 years into media creation, content programming, content organization, publication and dissemination and Chaupal’s brand building.
