New Delhi : India’s first ever dedicated award show for the Indian Forest Service officers, the Eco Warrior Awards 2024, was held in the capital city, to honor exceptional individuals and initiatives that have made significant contributions to environmental conservation and sustainable practices.

Mittra in a special session moderated by well-known journalist Bhupendra Chaubey. Both the celebrities received a rousing reception from the audience as they emphasised on the importance of cultivating habits which respect earth & inculcating eco-consciousness. Apart from being close friends and working together on stellar films like Saheb Biwi aur Gangster, Main Aur Charles & widely watched web series Inspector Avinash on Jio Cinema, Randeep Hooda & Rahul Mittra are both known to be keen nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts & dog lovers, having rescued & adopting desi dogs, Candy & Butterscotch respectively which are part of their respective families now.
