New Delhi: INOX, India’s fastest growing multiplex chain, salutes the real heroes of the nation with a special preview of the upcoming movie ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’ – a movie based on URI attack on the Indian Army in 2016. This special premier was held 3 days before the actual release at Epicuria, Nehru Place, New Delhi in presence of the lead actor Vicky Kaushal & Yami Gautam. As a special gesture, INOX will go onto donating a part of its movie tickets sales towards the Army Welfare CSR Fund. The movie has been directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronnie Screwwala also. URI is worldwide releasing on January 11, 2019. This is INOX’s way of paying tribute to the Indian Army on the occasion of the 70th Republic Day of India.
Over 50 guests along with Delhi media attended the special screening and had a lively exclusive interaction with Vicky & Yami, who shared facts about their film training at the Indian Army premises highlighting and being cognizant of the life led by a personnel of the Indian Army.
