Ghaziabad : The special team of Ghaziabad Police busted unauthorized crackers factory under Madhuvan Bapudham police station area on Tuesday. During the raid police have recovered crackers, chemical and explosion material worth more than two crore. The police have arrested six persons including two supervisors of factory. Three accused are reported absconding, said Ghaziabad Police.
“The factory was being operated in a house illegally. There was preparing different types of crackers and others explosive substances. There was being supplied four hundred boxes of crackers daily in National Capital Region, said Akash Patel, the ASP.
“The management staff of factory could not produce NOC and other essential documents regarding running the factory, added ASP.
The arrested are identified as Ravi, Rakesh, Sandeep, Akash, Vishnu and Arvind. The factory owner is reported Manoj Jain. Lalit Goel and Ashu are his partners. The police are raiding to arrest the owners of factory.
