New Delhi/Kanpur: There is taken strict action against the main accused Hayat Zafar Hashmi, who had funded to do violence on June 03 in Kanpur to destroy communal harmony. The Kanpur district administration has taken action under the National Security Act (NSA) on Hayat Zafar and the Gangster Act against three other accused in this case.
The Kanpur commissioner has taken action under the section of gangster against the accused of violence Haji Wasi, Mukhtar Baba and Atiq Khichdi under gangster. All these accused are behind the bars since their arresting in June.
On the other hand, DM Visakh G and Commissioner Vijay Singh Meena has issued a press note and both of them informed media that on the basis of the police report in the Kanpur violence taken place on June 3, action has been taken against the main accused Hayat Zafar Hashmi under the National Security Act (NSA).
