Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad district administration has made extensive arrangements to ensure the safety and convenience of devotees during the Kanwar Yatra, following the directions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Officials reviewed the deployment of police personnel and inspected Kanwar camps being operated by the Municipal Corporation. During the visit, they interacted with devotees to gather feedback on the facilities being provided.
Several devotees appreciated the arrangements, stating that the district administration had ensured a smooth and comfortable pilgrimage. They expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the efforts made to facilitate the annual religious procession.
Devotees from Haryana, who said they were participating in the Kanwar Yatra for the first time, described their experience as highly satisfactory. They praised the well-lit routes, pothole-free roads, cleanliness, and the availability of police security and healthcare services throughout the pilgrimage.
During the interaction, some devotees also expressed support for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, appreciating his leadership and the initiatives taken for the welfare and convenience of Shiva devotees. They also thanked the Ghaziabad district administration for its effective management of the pilgrimage.
