Ghaziabad: Compulsory Retirement to Constable, Recommended Compulsory Retirement of sub inspector

Ghaziabad :On receipt of the report of the screening committee constituted at district level by Senior Superintendent of Police Kalanithi Naithani, a constable has been compulsorily retired, while a sub inspector has recommended compulsory retirement by SSP.

There are total of 666 non-gazetted officers and police personnel posted in Ghaziabad district. They were all on the redar of screening committee, said SSP Kalanidhi Naithani.

According to the service records of the staff, SSP Naithani was found to be under the preview of compulsorily retiring Sub Inspector Shivsharan Lal Trivedi and constable Omvir Singh Bhati. In which the constable Omvir Singh Bhati has been retired by SSP after taking legal action for necessary retirement. On the other hand he has recommended in his report to higher authority to take necessary action to compulsory retirement to Sub-Inspector Shiv Charan Lal Trivedi.

According to the report, Sub-Inspector Shivcharan Lal Trivedi joined the department in 1998. During this tenure, Trivedi was given 19 total entries and 6 fines due to various types of negligence, lack of interest in duty and other charges.

At the same time, the constable Omvir Singh Bhati also joined the department in 1989. During this period, he was given 09 submissions and three fines due to negligence in duty. Two criminal cases are registered against Bhati in police stations. So he is retired compulsory with immediate effect.
